Refund Policy

The Company shall transfer a warranty or guarantee from an original manufacturer or supplier to the Customer to the extent that such warranty or guarantee is transferable by the original manufacturer or supplier from the Company to the Customer.

The Customer shall return goods for which a claim under warranty or guarantee is being made to the Company. Contact the Company by email or telephone and quote Customer order number. The Company will process a refund which will include the cost of delivery within 21 days of receipt. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, which should be in a saleable condition, and ensuring that they are suitable insured in case of loss or damage.
This cancellation policy does not affect the Customer rights when the company is at fault, ie if goods are faulty.
The Customers legal rights are unaffected.
